The update to ISO 9001 Quality Management system is released. The standard includes a few changes, one change affects the way “Quality” is viewed. Quality is no longer the responsibility of the Quality Department but of the entire organization (CEO to the janitor). By invoking risk management, ISO 9001 requires management to do more than simply the management review. If invoked correctly this is a great benefit to the health of the organization.
