Overcoming a personal medical challenge several years ago awakened in Emem the realization of self-leadership’s pivotal role in attaining and maintaining success in all areas of life. This led her to develop programs helping individuals, teams, and organizations identify their strengths and use them effectively to improve personal, professional, and organizational growth and profitability.
